From Search Discovery to PRGX, her financial acumen and strategic foresight have been instrumental in optimizing operations and maximizing profitability. In this latter half of her career, Deb is passionate about knocking down the barriers that exist in business today for both women and minority founders

As a co-founder and fractional CFO of Stacked Analytics, Deb spearheaded teams of experts dedicated to revolutionizing how companies harness their data to drive value. Drawing from her extensive background in finance, systems implementation, and process improvement, she brings a unique blend of insight and innovation to every project she undertakes.

Armed with an MBA in Finance from the J. Mack Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University, Deb excels in advisory roles and finds fulfillment in giving back to her community. Through her volunteer work with Family Promise of North Fulton & Dekalb and TiE Atlanta, she leverages her expertise to empower families facing situational homelessness and mentors aspiring women and minority entrepreneurs on their journey to financial success.

Deb is the mother of two daughters, both currently enrolled at Georgia Tech, and lives with her husband, Gary, and their three dogs in Atlanta.
